China Rises: The Evolution
Introduction
:
This exhibition represents a critical evolution of sculpture in glass in China and dawning of a new age in the Chinese contemporary arts scene. Unlike past changes in China, where revolution has caused both change and demise, this evolution is rooted firmly in academic training and education and proudly embraces Chinese culture and history. China fully embraces its ongoing 'cultural evolution'.
